- We are required to fill out a 1120 proving our non profit status with the federal governement. An accountant will be assiting with the process. The fees were assessed and approved.

- The Farm Show at the Viking Plaza Mall will be help Feb. 7th & 8th from 10am - 4pm. A volunteer schedule was proposed and approved.

- The Annual Meeting and Banquet will be held Feb. 19th at the Long Lake Lodge in Brandon. Social hour will start at 6pm and the meeting at 7pm. We are looking into a radio ad to promote the event. The menu was voted on and approved. Linda Hennen will be the featured speaker for the event. We will vote for three directors.

- We will hold the next meeting on February 27th at 7:30am at Pro Ag in Brandon.

- Richard Syverson is asking for 2 volunteers to be corn delegates at the Ag Expo in Mankato.

He has also invited anyone who is interested to attend the Swift County Corn Growers meeting on January 30th. They will have Don Baloun speak. Don in the State Conservationist for NRSC. If you would like to attend either of these events, please contact him at rsyverson@mvtvwireless.com.

Richard suggested that we participate in the State Plot Program. This program is $500 a year. It is an interactive program to get plot information from all over the state. This was not voted on.
